The Canadian Institute of Food Science and Technology (CIFST) represents a network of food science professionals from government, academia and industry within the food and beverage sector across Canada with Sections in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and the Atlantic provinces.
